We offer legal advocacy services for survivors and their children who choose to remain in their home as well as those who have left their abuser. Legal Advocacy is available in Banks, Barrow, and Jackson counties. We are able to assist with filing Temporary Protective Orders, Stalking Orders, and/or are able to accompany survivors to court.
